Topped with Cacao Nibs, Pecans, Pomegranate, and Hemp Seeds, this porridge is absolutely delicious too! Here’s the recipe:
Add 1 tbsp of cacao nibs. One of cacao’s wonders is that it’s an incredible stress buster which leads to less collagen breakdown in the skin and fewer wrinkles! Cacao is also contains sulphur, supporting collagen production and is high in flavanoid antioxidants which help hydrate and prevent premature aging to the skin.
