Ireland FREE delivery - Delivery within the 32 counties is FREE for orders over €50 (after VAT).


Ireland Standard Delivery - Delivery within the 32 counties costs €2.95 for orders under €50 (after VAT and excluding delivery) .

Under normal circumstances all Irish deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours but you should allow 5 working days before contacting us re same.


UK Tracked Delivery-Delivery within the UK costs €9.95 for all orders. 

Euro Zone 1: Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Delivery costs €16.50 for all orders.

Deliveries are by general post or by courier service. Our courier requires that the recipient be able to sign for the package so please use a delivery address where that is possible during working hours, in addition to a phone number so arrangements can be made. If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agreed a time for to reattempt delivery. There will be no charge incurred for a second attempted delivery. If their subsequent delivery attempts after the second attempt is not successful the customer will incur an additional delivery charge of €6.50.

Goods must be signed for and received by a person 18 years of age or older.




We hope you will love your Kinvara skincare purchase and to give you peace of mind we will give you a full 30 day money back guarantee on the cost of any individual bottled products (and delivery costs (upto €2.95 ) except where the customer has previously received a sample or previously purchased the item in question, which we think is fair and reasonable.

We are not obliged to do this but we want to because customer satisfaction is really important to us and to help us with that, we ask that customers returning products give us feedback as to why they were unhappy with the product in question - this makes you a very important part of our quality control.

Refunds under this guarantee will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods (delivery costs over €2.95 will be at your own expense). Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are sent at your risk.


Please note that we do not give refunds on:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Damaged items not notified to us within 24 hours of delivery

This guarantee is valid only once per transaction and once per product.




You must report damages within 24 hours of delivery. It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorized agent immediately upon delivery. Kinvara skincare will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours. Damaged goods can be returned by Registered Post to Kinvara skincare, Glebe Rd., Kinvara, Co. Galway, Ireland. Please note that replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.




If you wish to amend your order after you have placed it, just contact us by email at or by telephone at 091 637878 and we will be pleased to do this without further charges. However, this is only possible if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched. We will be able to tell you if this is the case.
